you know you don't we're not on the same page and that's okay you belong somewhere else and we're moving on and not holding on to people who aren't necessarily motivated towards the same goal.
That RENAISSANCE DENTAL we are and yeah that it's a great factor that divides out the weak from the strong in any company culture you know and it's this is one of those things honestly that you know I'm a pretty pragmatic guy cuz.
I'm you know I'm very numbers and oriented and results driven and all these other you know you know a B yes my great white black world's and before I started you know to really get into this to the strategy behind everything.
You know I kind of pop the Renaissance Dental whole you know the culture and vision of things was a little bit flew flew a little bit you know just out there didn't really make much difference but the longer that you're in it the more that you see it the more that you realize that's really where all the results will end up coming from.
if you don't start from a good place then you're gonna end up in a bad place most of the time yeah that's funny I recently wrote an article about culture and about who sets the culture and you know you can set it the right way from.
the beginning or you have to go back and clean it up but ultimately it's as the owner it's you know how much are you making sure the practice represents what you want it to represent and how much are you making sure.
that your team is in line with you and are you there really for the patients and and what's your ultimate goal and where do you want to take the practice and that all comes from and again I mean dental school does a great job of teaching
