which we just discussed so I won't go through that and number three was that they were finding less time the at this cuz the number two reason why people leave the office is to go to the dentist we don't know exactly you know I'm really from the dentist but that is the two reason why number


two reason why people are leaving the office to go to the dentist so they felt like it would keep them in the office more and people by the way want to be don't want to be leaving the office for that either anyway so it's kind of a win for the employer and employee so those were three reasons


why they said they went with our service HR managers who are trying to create a benefits package to to attract and retain great employees need to think about a comprehensive package and for most folks that includes something for a dental benefit already so what we're really advertising as a


company is how you want that experience to go there are two general directions you can do the status quo which will get you a product of a certain quality at a price at a certain level with a network of dentists that will be adequate for you know your company and how it's set up and a


very difficult administration associated with it so beam aims to equalize some of those factors like a strong national network of dentists which we have a fair price to pay for the actual risk level associated with that particular benefit plan for that particular employer and then there are other


places where we won't compromise and we are clearly trying to create a distinct and differentiated benefit and benefit experience and that's where we look to the ease of administration for the broker and the HR manager with things like enrollments and claims management and rolling employees on
